Custom Digitizing Delivery

If you have purchased a custom digitzed file, your digitized file will be emailed to you and will also be made available in your member area for downloading.

Delivery of items purchased

Upon completion of you online order, you will receive a confirmation email receipt.  We do use UPS, USPS and FedEx for shipments. Once items are ready for shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package. Please allow up to 2 weeks completion for customized items before shipment. Most orders are ready and shipped within 1 week. Extra charges apply for Rush Jobs.  If you have any additional questions about your order or shipment, we can be contacted by email or phone.


Satisfaction Guaranteed: Custom embroidered items cannot be returned. Therefore, we do email proofs of your custom design prior to embroidery onto any items. This way you can approve of your design and know that it is exactly what you've ordered.  There is a 3 day return policy for Items ordered without embroidery. Unembroidered items can be returned for a refund or replacement within 3 days after receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable. There will be an additional shipping charge to ship replacements.
